Phyllite Schiefer is a rock flour that, is registered under the name natrolite-phonolite. The product is registered as a technological additive (E566) under the subgroup binders, anti-caking agents and coagulants. It is a natural product which originates from lava-type rock. The product contains high levels of magnesium silicate and has a fibrous crystal structure.
Because of its properties, the product surrounds particles, resulting in a better flow (free flowing). This is the case, for example, in silos or bunkers containing flour products. The product has been approved for all animal categories and can be supplied in different particle sizes, from fine powder to fine granulate.
