Vasolastine

Vasolastine is an enzyme therapeutic medication that has been on the market since 1948 by the drug manufacturer Enzypharm. It is a controversial medication, though, with limited evidence to support its effectiveness for many conditions it is prescribed for.

Vasolastine is prescribed for a variety of conditions including:

  • angina pectoris
  • arteriosclerosis
  • atherosclerosis
  • Buerger's disease
  • cardiovascular diseases
  • cerebral sclerosis
  • coronary artery disease
  • disorders of fat and cholesterol metabolism
  • hypertension
  • leg cramps
  • circulatory disorders
  • stroke
  • post-stroke symptoms
  • Raynaud's disease
  • gangrene
  • gout
  • myocardial infarction

It is important to note that Vasolastine has not been approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and there is limited scientific evidence to support its use for many of the conditions listed above. If you are considering taking Vasolastine, it is important to speak to your doctor about the potential risks and benefits.
