Enuresis
Enuresis is a medical term that describes a condition in which a person, typically a child, has difficulty controlling their bladder during the night, leading to bed-wetting. It is a common childhood problem, and it is estimated that 1 in 10 children between the ages of 5 and 10 suffer from it. While it may be embarrassing for the child, it is important to remember that it is a medical problem and can be treated with the help of a physician or trained medical professional. Treatment typically includes a combination of lifestyle changes, such as reducing fluid intake before bedtime, and medications.
