Scirrhus
Scirrhus is a type of hard nodule or tumor most commonly found in the breast. It is also known as a “hard cancer” and is often difficult to detect due to its hard, irregular outer surface. Scirrhus tumors are considered malignant, meaning they have the potential to spread to other parts of the body and are more likely to become cancerous. They can appear as a single lump or multiple lumps in the breast and can range in size from a few millimeters to several centimeters. Scirrhus tumors are typically slow growing, but can grow quickly over time. They are usually painless, but can cause discomfort or pain in some cases. Treatment usually involves a combination of surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy. In some cases, they can be removed completely, while in other cases, only portions of the tumor can be removed.
