Moringa or drumstick tree, is a plant that is a powerhouse of several essential nutrients. "Packed with antioxidants, vitamins, and essential fatty acids, moringa oil rejuvenates the scalp, promotes hair growth, and prevents premature greying," explains Dr Sharma. Its lightweight texture makes it ideal for conditioning the hair without weighing it down, leaving behind silky, manageable tresses. Moreover, moringa oil's anti-inflammatory properties soothe scalp irritation and reduce hair loss, making it the best Ayurvedic hair oil.
