Ashwagandha, often dubbed as the ‘Indian Ginseng,’ transcends its status as a mere essential oil, offering soothing and calming properties essential for alleviating Kapha imbalance. It facilitates muscle growth and bolsters the immune system.

Herbs recommended by Patanjali

According to Dr Somit Kumar, Director and Chief Scientific Officer, AVP Research Foundation, “Ashwagandha is prized for its adaptogenic properties, which help the body cope with stress and enhance overall resilience. It contains antioxidants that may help stop the growth of tumours and prevent cancer. Ashwagandha’s ability to boost the immune system and fight inflammation further underscores its potential as a powerful Ayurvedic herb in cancer treatment.”
